About Single Wall Cardboard Boxes

Single wall cardboard boxes are the everyday choice for posting and storing lighter goods: clothing, books, cosmetics, small homeware and e-commerce orders. One layer of B-flute corrugated board keeps each box light, which helps keep courier costs down while still protecting the contents in normal parcel networks. They are sold at trade prices in packs of 25, with lower rates for larger orders.

  • 16 sizes, from 124 × 80 × 175 mm up to 457 × 305 × 305 mm (18 × 12 × 12 in)
  • Popular postal sizes include 229 × 152 × 152 mm (9 × 6 × 6 in) and 305 × 229 × 152 mm (12 × 9 × 6 in)
  • All sizes are internal dimensions (length × width × height)
  • Supplied flat in packs of 25; seal with standard 48mm packing tape

Measure your product and choose the box it fits inside with room for bubble wrap or loose fill. For heavy items, pallet stacking or moving house, choose double wall boxes instead.

How the volume pricing works

The price per pack drops as you order more of one size. The rate is set by the number of packs of that size on your order:

  • 1-4 Packs: 1 to 4 packs
  • 5-9 Packs: 5 to 9 packs
  • 10+ Packs: 10 packs or more
