About Postal Boxes & Mailer Boxes

Mailer boxes are the postal box most online shops end up using. They arrive flat, fold up in seconds into a sturdy box with a tuck-in lid, and need no tape underneath, so they look tidy when your customer opens them. They suit clothing, cosmetics, books, candles, small electronics and gift or subscription orders.

7 sizes, from 150 × 100 × 50 mm up to 450 × 350 × 200 mm
The sizes up to 400 × 300 × 150 mm are chosen with Royal Mail's Small Parcel limit in mind (45 × 35 × 16 cm); the 450 × 350 × 200 mm box is a Medium Parcel size
All sizes are listed as length × width × height; final external sizes, board grade and pack quantities are confirmed when stock arrives
Seal the lid with a strip of 48mm packing tape or paper tape

How the volume pricing works

The price per pack drops as you order more of one size. The rate is set by the number of packs of that size on your order:

1-4 Packs: 1 to 4 packs
5-9 Packs: 5 to 9 packs
10+ Packs: 10 packs or more
